Following 15 years of selling for and managing traditional Real Estate offices, I believed there was an opportunity to offer a better experience to buyers and sellers. After a successful career at ATT and Lucent Technologies with experience in sales, negotiation, and real estate, the knowledge and client-focused perspective I gained has helped me to grow my business, especially thankful because it is based on recommendations and referrals from past clients, friends and family. As a lifelong New Jersey resident, I have raised five children - two sets of twins - all now post college with special pride for my middle child who has returned from two tours of active military duty. Although my priority has always been family, my passion is to continue to be that trusted friend and professional who clients know will always have their best interests at heart. It's true that people don't care what you know until they know that you care. As a professional agent in this area, my goal is to share my knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate to you. Whether your priorities are schools, shopping and recreation, transportation, medical facilities, I will work with you to find the right home at the right price, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home. It can be a very stressful process but beginning the process with a 'tour' of every step will lessen that stress.

Sell a Home - When it's time to move, you need maximum property exposure - it all begins with preparation (as a Staging professional - I offer complimentary services), professional photography, targeting advertising of your home with integrated marketing, social media and multiple internet sites, to finding qualified prospective buyers, negotiating the best terms for you, overseeing financing and inspections, while handling every step of the transaction process. Managing relationships with agents, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers and closing agents is essential to getting to the closing table. Home Preparation/Staging Buyers can have a difficult time visualizing your home as theirs. As an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you net the most for your home. The most important things to consider doing do not cost much at all. Decluttering is key (we don't live how we sell), making minor repairs or improvements (a pre list inspection is always recommended), painting is the simplest but gives the greatest return. A home that is 'prepared' for sale can net between 7 and 10% more to the seller.
